Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional charges and/or an extension of the delivery timeline.

Any outstanding balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

5. Revisions & Changes

The number of revisions included in a package or quotation will be communicated to the client before the project begins.

Changes that substantially modify the approved design, concept, scope or previously completed work may be considered additional work and may incur additional charges.

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

8. Design Approval

Once a design, drawing, render, document or other deliverable has been approved by the client, subsequent major changes may be treated as additional work.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review deliverables before providing final approval.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights relating to original work produced by SKYLUME MUHAMMAD™ remain subject to the terms agreed for the relevant project.

Clients must not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify or commercially reuse materials beyond the agreed purpose without appropriate authorization.

Third-party materials, software, fonts, images, trademarks or other assets remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licensing terms.

10. Architectural & Technical Responsibility

Architectural drawings, visualizations, BOQs and related professional materials are prepared according to the information and requirements supplied for the project.

Where required, clients should obtain appropriate review, approval and certification from qualified professionals and relevant authorities before construction or implementation.

A visual render or conceptual design should not automatically be interpreted as a structural, engineering or statutory approval document unless specifically stated in the agreed scope.

11. ERP & Software Services

Where SKYLUME MUHAMMAD™ provides ERP or software solutions, the functionality, modules, features and services available to the client will depend on the specific software version, configuration and agreed scope.

Software demonstrations or promotional materials should not be interpreted as confirmation that every feature is included in every implementation.

Additional customization, development, integration, deployment or support requirements may be subject to separate terms and charges.

12. Website & Digital Services

For website and digital development projects, the agreed scope will determine the pages, functionality, content, integrations and other deliverables included in the project.

Requests for additional functionality or substantial changes after approval may require additional time and charges.

13. Third-Party Services

Certain projects may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, domains, software, APIs, payment services, plugins or other external services.

The availability, pricing, policies and performance of third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.

15. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary according to the nature and stage of the project.

Where work has already commenced, charges may apply for work completed, resources committed or deliverables already produced.

Any specific refund or cancellation arrangement will be governed by the applicable quotation, proposal or agreement.

16. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared by clients for the purpose of providing our services.

Confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed to unauthorized parties except where disclosure is required for legitimate business, technical, legal or regulatory purposes.
